These terms cover the Atcham Thavir website and the AtchamThavir Shorts Uploader (the “app”).
The website
This website provides information about the Atcham Thavir YouTube channel. You may view and link to it freely. The channel's videos, artwork, names and text are owned by Atcham Thavir and may not be republished without permission.
The app
The app is a private, internal tool used only by the channel owner to upload and manage the Atcham Thavir channel's own videos. It is not offered to the public, and no one else is permitted to use it. The app uses YouTube API Services, and its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. How the app handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The website and app are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Atcham Thavir is not liable for any loss arising from their use.
