Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Atcham Thavir website and the AtchamThavir Shorts Uploader (the “app”) handle information. The app is an internal tool used only by the owner of the Atcham Thavir YouTube channel (youtube.com/@AtchamThavir).
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What the app accesses
The app is authorised only by the channel owner, through Google sign-in, and accesses only the channel owner's own YouTube channel in order to:
- upload the channel's own videos;
- set video titles, descriptions, tags and other metadata, and upload thumbnails;
- create and manage the channel's playlists;
- read and manage comments on the channel's own videos.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect, store or share any data about viewers, commenters or any other third party.
- It does not access any YouTube account or channel other than the owner's own.
- It does not sell, rent or transfer any data, and it does not use data for advertising.
- This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.
How data is stored
When the owner authorises the app, Google issues an OAuth access token. That token is stored locally on the channel owner's own computer only. It is not uploaded to any server and is not shared with anyone. Video files and metadata are sent directly from the owner's computer to YouTube through YouTube API Services.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the app from using the account; the locally stored token can also be deleted from the owner's computer.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
